Want to learn how to embroider?
Kitsume Community Art Studio & Gallery
In this 3-hour class you will learn all you need to get started: how to prepare thread for embroidering, how to easily thread your needle, six different embroidery stitches and how to properly finish your stitches by knotting them. By the end of class you will have your own sampler to take home. I’ll also show you modern examples of some exciting ways of using embroidery. All materials except scissors, will be provided including an instruction booklet you can take home for reference. Ages 10 and up.
